Pormal nang naghain ng kanyang counter-affidavit ang socialite-philanthropist na si Tessa Prieto kaugnay sa syndicated estafa na inihain sa kanya ni Salud Bautista.
Isinumite ni Tessa ang kanyang sagot sa opisina ng Makati Prosecutor’s Office ngayong Lunes, January 20, 2025.
Sa eksklusibong panayam ni Tessa sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) itinanggi niyang may kinalaman siya sa diumano’y maanomalyang financing scam na pinag-ugatan ng reklamo sa kanya ni Salud.
Depensa ni Tessa, “I'm falsely accused of the crime they are accusing me of... The weird part is I'm not the extra...I'm not even the bida, I've never been extra. So now, I have to defend myself as an extra, because actually, I'm not the main character here. Actually, I was added on so I need to defend myself that I'm not supposed to be an extra."
